Layden brings over 20 years experience as a manufacturing executive and board member of Fortune 200 companies, and another 20 years as CEO or senior executive with world leading quality control and ERP software companies.  Most recently he served as VP – Supply Chain Management with SAP.
John's Bio.

o   CTO: David J. Layden has a background in high reliability military software, and has pioneered the development and evolution of extreme performance database technology for almost 30 years.  He holds the seminal patents in the field and is the primary inventor on the pending US and international patents on the current product.  

o   COO: Brad Snodgrass served as program manager for Motorola Government Systems Division in Phoenix before returning to Indianapolis to launch his own microelectronics business.  He brings extensive experience in systems design, integration and testing for high reliability systems with a specialty in race car telemetry.

o   Marketing: Carolyn J. Morris served as a member of the executive team of the Hewlett Packard General Systems Division (commercial computing platforms) before launching MaxWest Consulting in Palo Alto, CA. She has served as executive consultant to HP, Stanford University and numerous established technology companies. She has also served as CEO of several high tech start-up companies.
